The Vindhya Institute of Pharmacy, Satna was established in the year 2024 with a goal to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and practical experience needed to excel in the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare settings. This includes understanding the science behind medications, their effects on the human body, and their role in treating and managing diseases.
With the aim to introduce and promote higher education in Vindhya region of Madhya Pradesh DPR charitable trust came in existence in 2001. In 2002 it came up with the first private engineering institute of region in a small district Satna. In order to meet the rising aspirations of the youth’s various new courses got added gradually. Presently 6 Institutions of higher education and a CBSE affiliated school are successfully serving the society under the umbrella of DPR charitable Trust.

Pharmacy day was celebrated by inauguration function headed by Chief Guest, Principal Dr.P.K.Shukla (VITS) & Correspondent mam. The main objective of pharmacy day celebrations was to create awareness among the public and the authorities about the role of pharmacist in the management prevention and safety of medicines. All the students actively participated in the celebrations.
